What it does
macOS uses one natural scrolling setting for every pointing device. Contra reverses the scroll direction for external mice only, so you can keep natural scrolling on the trackpad and traditional scrolling on a mouse. It works at the driver level, so it needs no Accessibility permission. Mouse side buttons go back and forward in Safari.
